Reimbursement Policy and freezing of the mentoring course
Conditions for Reimbursement
1. We accept reimbursement requests under certain conditions, including but not limited to:
- Dissatisfaction with the course content or delivery.
- Technical issues that prevent access to course materials or lessons.
2. Time Limit for Request
Reimbursement requests must be submitted within 7 days of the date of purchase. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
3. Exclusions
Reimbursements will not be granted in the following cases:
- If the course has been completed, or if more than 5% of the course content has been accessed or completed.
- If the course content has been downloaded.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that it may take several days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

The reimbursement will be issued promptly after processing.
8. Special Circumstances
In exceptional cases, we may review and approve reimbursement requests on a case-by-case basis, even outside the standard criteria.

Any applicable administrative or processing fees are non-refundable.
10. Course Changes or Cancellations
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or modify the course content significantly, we will notify you in advance and offer you a full refund.

Freezing of the Mentoring Course
1. How many times can it be frozen?
The mentoring course may be frozen no more than two (2) times during the entire enrollment period.
2. How far in advance do I need to inform you to request a pause?
Participants must provide written notice of their intention to freeze the course within the required notice period.
You must write an email to: support@brainybilby.com.au with the date in which you wish to start and finish the freezing of your membership.
3. Minimum amount of time for which the course can be frozen:
The minimum duration for any approved freeze period is one (1) month.
Minimum amount of time for which the course can be frozen: 1 month
4. Maximum amount of time in which the course can be frozen:
The maximum cumulative duration for all freeze periods is six (6) months.
The maximum amount of time for which the course can be freezed 6 months
Any freeze requested beyond these limits shall not be granted.
